Scott took his first visit to Walt Disney World in 2003, prepared to say it was his last. But he left with a sincere appreciation for the quality in the parks and the cast members. Let’s just say the Disney Difference won him over! He wants clients to experience the ultimate in satisfaction in a vacation and is always looking for ways to “plus” their experience, just as Walt Disney himself trained the first cast members to do. His love of the beach puts SeaWorld’s Discovery Cove as another of his favorite spots. While his family calls him the resident muggle, he loves both the Wizarding Worlds and thrill rides at Universal Studios Orlando. An avid home brewer and craft beer aficionado, he’s always on the lookout for the best craft beer at any destination.
Favorite Disney destination:
Now that my kids are older, I love experiencing the thrill rides with them at Universal.
Favorite Universal attraction:
Favorite Disney snack:
The first thing I crave in Walt Disney World is a Dark Chocolate Covered Banana from the snack kiosks or cart.
Visits to Disney destinations:
As a family, we have been to Walt Disney World every year for more than 10 years and have also had a family visit to Disneyland. I have also experienced a Disney Cruise and the parks without kids. I highly recommend going as an adult!
First Disney memory:
Waiting in line with my 3-year-old and 1-year-old to get autographs. It is amazing how much these characters mean to children. Seeing Disney through their eyes always makes you feel like a child again.
Favorite part of the job:
As a travel agent, I think it is important to have a firsthand experience. I love researching destinations for our clients.
