Joanne started in the travel industry after nearly 20 years as a librarian at the Carnegie Library. She continues in that role as well as being a dedicated travel agent who likes to discover the nuances of places and plan customized trips.

Joanne loves the California setting of Disneyland and enjoys visiting Disney World, especially Epcot and Animal Kingdom. But ultimately, she is a die-hard Harry Potter fan who loves all things related to Universal’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter™. She can spend hours at Universal not only on the spectacular rides but soaking up the immersive experience, visiting Gringotts™, choosing a wand at Ollivanders™, and drinking butterbeer!

Joanne has visited France about as many times as Disney, and she would be happy to plan Disney trips abroad. She travels regularly to south Florida and has experience with European travel and wine destinations.
